Oral contributions
Authors should use the TeX files on the memory stick for creating their contributions. If you have lost your conference memory stick, please contact one of the organisers (apn5 or mcdonald, at jb dot man dot ac dot uk) for replacement files.
Authors are requested to limit their contributions to:
- 4 pages for oral contributions,
- 6 pages for invited talks, and
- 8 pages for invited reviews.
Please ensure your contribution converts correctly to PDF using PDFLaTeX. Once you are happy, please upload a single .tar.gz or .zip archive containing the LaTeX source, reference list (either in the .tex file, or as a .bib or .bbl file) and figures.
Poster contributions
Poster contributions are now being proofed for publication. Changes to posters are consequently no longer accepted via the web form. Please contact Eric Lagadec (elagadec at eso dot org) directly if there are any changes you must make.
