CORNISH Data Products

The CORNISH survey area is divided up into almost 1500 square tiles, each 20 arcminutes on a side (4000 px). Each tile is mosaiced from approximately 25 VLA fields. The tiles are available for download as image FITS files as described below.

List of Tiles

A table of tile parameters with links to the FITS images is available here. The tiles are 62MB each (uncompressed) and have been written using the AIPS FITS convention via the task 'FITAB'.

Tile Image Server

Click on 8-micron MSX images below to retrieve full resolution FITS files for tiles containing the choosen coordinate. All returned files use the Equatorial J2000 coordinate system by default.
