Environmental Discovery Centre
A timber building acting as the entrance gateway to the Arboretum. One room contains the permanent exhibition `The Tree Planet', which investigates through colourful displays and hand-on exhibits the role of trees in sustaining Earth's environment.
From the 27th of September 2010 and throughout the period of construction work for the new Jodrell Bank Discovery Centre, the second room is our Welcome Centre. At this time, it is not possible to use it with school groups.
